Your rules, written once
Tell CoachRack how each client should progress. From then on, every week it reads what they lifted and drafts the week after, and nothing reaches the client until you approve it.
- Start from a library of ready-made progression rules and switch one on.
- Preview the next session a rule will write before you switch it on.
- Rules can use the RPE your client logs on each set.
- A rule can react when a client missed their last session.
- Write 15, 13, 12 and that is what they see.
- Link two exercises and they show as 1a, 1b.
- Build a programme of weeks once and give it to a group of clients in one go.
- Pin a private note to any client's day. Only you see it.
Progressive overload, worked out with your rules
The rule behind that line, from the library: “If a compound felt easy last week (RPE 7 or under), add 2.5kg”.
Every finished session lands in one queue: what they did against what you set, set by set. Write one line back and it lands on the session it is about.
Watch the lift at quarter speed and talk them through it
Your client taps Film on the exercise and films the set, or picks a video from their phone. You watch at full, half or quarter speed and talk on camera. As you pause, rewind or slow their lift, their film does the same.
They get back one film with your face and voice on their lift, chaptered by exercise.
- Film Room lists every session with film on it, client by client: waiting, reviewed, sent, watched.
- The camera stays on for a whole workout, and each send moves you to the next lift.
- Play your take back first. Nothing goes until you press Send.
- Film your demo once and every client can play it on the exercise.
Video review plans start from £32 a month.
A New PB the moment they set one
Load, reps, holds, rounds, distance and sprint times all count towards a PB, and their phone shows it straight away.
- Last time's numbers sit beside each set.
- Goals and competition dates count down in their app.
- All-time best and a trend line for every exercise they log, and one button finds any best they have ever set.
- Streaks and medals switch on for the clients who chase a target, and stay off for the rest.

Works in a basement gym
Sets save with no signal and send when the signal is back. On a phone CoachRack installs to the home screen, and a short tap-through tour shows them round on first open.
- Rest timer, stopwatch, EMOM and intervals, inside the session.
- Paste your YouTube demos once and a Watch button appears.
- Changed numbers, an extra set, a skip or a swap all show against what you set.
- A private thread with each client, with unread counts.
- A reminder on session days and check-in days, with their own switch.
- Turn it on once and the check-in goes out when you approve the week.
